TITLE functions as a creative vessel for staff members. As a volunteer organization, we know the importance of a flexible structure. Members are sorted into groups based on their strong suits and interests to facilitate a more collaborative environment. These groups have flexibility, and staff members can work in multiple roles depending on their skill sets.
